2023 YKAA Camp Leader Training

2023 YKAA Camp Leader Training이 지난 7월 15일 오후 2시부터 5시까지 산호세 한인 장로교회에서 있었습니다.

올해 리더로 수고해 줄 학생은 양희찬, 이준건, 임단아, 박관용, 박준우, 오서준, 오태양, 이서연, 이재인, 조영욱 학생입니다.

리더 훈련은 캠프의 개요와 내용, 교사 및 리 소개, 캠프에서 지킬 일, 과제 발표, 팀 이름 및 담임 교사와의 만남, 발표용 자료 만들기 등으로 이루어져 있습니다.

리더 학생들이 발표한 과제의 제목은 다음과 같습니다.

What do you know about Korean Americans?
Research one Korean American you are proud of and create slides about their lives.
How did Korea become one of the top 10 countries in the World?
How is K-pop different from the pop music in the U.S.? Show at least three points and explain them with examples.
Furthermore, how and why can K-pop attract people around the world?
Who is your favorite group in K-pop?
When did you start listening to K-pop? How long have you been listening to K-pop?
Why do you think K-pop becomes more popular? What do you think it attracts people around the world including Americans?
If you made a TV show or movie with 한국전래동화, what Korean folk tale would you choose? Select two stories and summarize them and include the reason why you chose it in the slides.

리더들이 과제를 발표할 때에 자세와 방법에 관한 동료와 교사의 코멘트도 있었기에 서로 배우는 기회가 되었습니다.

문화활동인 보석함 만들기 소개와 점심 그리고 간식에 대한 소개도 있었습니다.

팀 별로 모여 팀 이름을 정하고 공부할 내용도 점검해 보았습니다. 2주 후에 만나기로 하고 헤어졌습니다.
